Once you complete the sign-up steps, your account is created, and you can start exploring Betano right away. Here is how to confirm your account creation and check your verification status.
Step 1: Confirming Account Creation
After completing the sign-up process (see our Registration Process guide for detailed steps), you will be automatically signed in.
Seeing your username, balance, and the "Deposit" option at the top right of your screen confirms your account has been successfully created. You can now deposit funds and start playing.
Step 2: Checking Your Account Verification Status (KYC)
While your account is active immediately for deposits and gameplay, identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
To check if your account was verified automatically during registration:
Click on your Balance in the top right corner.

Verified: Your details matched automatically. You’re all set for all platform features, including future withdrawals!
Verification Pending: Additional identity verification is required.
What to Do If Your Status Is "Verification Pending"
If your status is pending, we strongly recommend completing your verification right away so you don't face delays when you want to withdraw your winnings later.
Upload a clear photo or copy of your ID document (Front and Back) directly on the Verification Process page.
Once submitted, our team will review your documents within 72 hours.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your account is fully verified.
