Creating your Betano account is quick and secure. To get started, simply click the Register button located in the top right corner of our homepage.
Step 1: Basic Information & Mobile Verification
Enter your email, mobile number, date of birth, and gender.
You will receive an OTP (one-time password) via SMS on the mobile number provided.
Enter the OTP in the designated field to verify your number.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING YOUR MOBILE NUMBER
The phone number provided must be registered with your mobile carrier under your own name and identity details.
Upon mobile verification, our system automatically retrieves your full name to pre-fill your profile. If you notice that the pre-filled name is NOT yours, please do not proceed.
Go back and update the phone number to one registered in your name. Registering with mismatched details will prevent automatic verification and cause delays with your future withdrawals and deposits, as manual document verification will be required.
Step 2: Identity Verification
Review your personal details (first, middle, and last name), which will be pre-filled based on your mobile verification.
Select your ID type and enter your ID number.
Our system will check that your ID number matches the name, date of birth, and gender provided in Step 1.
Account Verification Status (KYC)
Account Verified (Success): If all details (name, date of birth, gender, and ID) match perfectly, your account will be fully KYC-verified immediately, allowing you to enjoy all platform features without restriction.
Verification Pending (KYC Pending): If there is any mismatch between your mobile database details and your ID, your account will still be created, but its status will remain Pending. In this case, manual identity verification (submitting documents) will be mandatory before your first withdrawal, which will delay your payout processing time.
