Withdraw funds from your Betano account directly to your registered Mobile Money wallet. Simply select your network provider, enter the amount, and confirm — funds are credited instantly for a quick and secure cashout.
To get started, log into My Account → Withdrawal.
How to Make a Withdrawal
- Select Mobile Money as your preferred withdrawal method.
- Your registered mobile number is automatically displayed — select your mobile network provider: MTN Mobile Money, AirtelTigo, or Telecel.
- Enter your withdrawal amount (within the allowed transaction limits) and review your transaction details, including any applicable taxes imposed by the Ghana Revenue Authority.
- Click "Withdraw" to submit your request — the amount is immediately deducted from your Betano account balance.
Two-Factor Authentication (First Withdrawal Only)
- If this is your first withdrawal for your mobile number, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS or email.
- Enter the OTP on the verification screen to complete authentication and proceed.
Completion
- Once approved, funds are instantly transferred to your Mobile Money wallet.
- You will receive a confirmation SMS from your mobile network provider.

Please note: In rare cases, Mobile Money withdrawals may take longer than usual, due to temporary issues with local telecom networks. While these delays are outside our control, transactions are generally completed as soon as the network service is restored.
