When you click on your balance, a breakdown pop-up window will appear showing two distinct figures: Available for betting and Available for withdrawal.
Balance Breakdown Explained
Available for betting (Real + Bonus Balance):
This is the total amount you can use to place bets on Betano. It includes your deposited cash, real-money winnings, and active bonus funds.
Note: Bonus funds are available for placing bets, but they cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements are fully completed.
Available for withdrawal (Real Balance):
This is your unrestricted cash balance. It consists of money you have deposited and winnings earned without active bonus conditions attached. This amount is 100% ready to be withdrawn at any time.
Quick Example of How It Works:
If you have ₵100 in Real Cash and receive a ₵50 Active Bonus:
Available for betting: ₵150 (You can place bets using all ₵150)
Available for withdrawal: ₵100 (Only your real cash can be withdrawn right now)
Once you complete the wagering requirements for your bonus, those bonus funds will automatically transfer into your Available for withdrawal balance!
