You may not be able to withdraw your balance while using a bonus, due to wagering requirements. These rules require you to bet a certain amount—usually multiple times the bonus—before converting bonus funds or winnings into real money.
For example, a 100 ₵ bonus with a 10x requirement, means you must bet 1,000 ₵, before you can withdraw. Bonus funds appear under “for Betting” and are separate from your real balance.
