If your account was locked due to incorrect password attempts, you can regain access in two ways:
Option 1: Reset Password
1. Go to Betano and click “Login”.
2. Select “Forgot password? Click here.”
3. Enter your registered mobile number or email address, and date of birth.
4. Once you submit these details, a code will be sent to you, based on the option you selected.
5. Follow the instructions to set a new password.
6. Log in with your new credentials.
Option 2: Contact Support
Send a request to our customer support team. Scroll to the bottom of the Help Center homepage or any article. Then, click on the “Contact Form” icon and enter all the necessary details.
Please note that if you choose Option 2, it may take some time for our customer support team to process your request and unlock your account. Option 1, on the other hand, allows you to reset your password and regain access to your account more quickly.
In either case, please make sure to use a strong and secure password when resetting it.
