If you wish to cancel an active or upcoming bonus campaign (offer), you can do so directly from your account. Follow the steps below:
How to Cancel a Bonus
• Go to My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions.
In this section, you'll see a cancel button (represented by a trash bin icon).
• Click that button. A pop-up window will appear asking for your confirmation.
Possible Scenarios When Cancelling a Campaign
1. Cancelling an Upcoming Offer
If you choose to cancel a campaign that is scheduled to become active, the system will ask for your confirmation.
Once confirmed, the campaign will no longer appear in your account.
If you select "Cancel" at this step, no changes will be made.
2. Cancelling an Active Offer
If you're attempting to cancel an offer that is already active, you will be notified that:
• Any remaining bonus amount will be forfeited
• Winnings derived from bonus funds will be voided
Important: Your account balance (deposits and related winnings) will not be affected. If you confirm, the offer will be removed from your list of active promotions. If you don't want to proceed, click "Cancel."
3. Active Offers with Open Bets or Rounds
Open Bets
If there are bets placed using the bonus balance, you’ll need to wait for them to settle or use the Cash Out option, before you can cancel the offer. To do this, go to: My Account → History → Bets.
After all relevant bets have been settled, you’ll be able to cancel the campaign.
Open Rounds in Casino Games
If you have an unfinished round in a casino game, the system will warn you that cancelling the bonus will result in the loss of all winnings from that round, as well as the remaining bonus balance.
Note: Funds and winnings from your own deposited money will not be affected.
4. Unable to Cancel a Campaign?
You may receive an error message indicating that the cancellation is not possible. Possible reasons include:
• The campaign has already been cancelled or completed
• The system hasn't fully updated yet
Solutions:
• Refresh your account page
• Log out and log back in
• Try again later
