If you've enjoyed betting with bonuses on our site but noticed some bets didn’t count toward wagering requirements, here's why that might be.
To check if a bet was included in a bonus, go to My Account → Promotions → Active Promotions, or, for Missions, click the mission to view your progress.
Common reasons a bet may not count:
1. Bet type: Certain bonuses may only consider single bets or accumulator bets, while other types of bets, such as system bets, may be excluded.
2. Minimum odds: Bets must meet the minimum odds stated in the offer.
3. Excluded markets: Certain sports or events may not qualify.
4. Unsettled bets: Only settled bets count.
5. Timeframe: Bets outside the bonus period won’t count.
6. Opted-out bonuses: Once opted out, bets won’t contribute.
7. Bonus-specific rules: Each offer has its own conditions, always check the terms.
