How to Deposit Through Mobile Money

You can securely transfer funds to your Betano account using Mobile Money.

To make a deposit, go to My Account → Transactions → Deposit.

1. Select Mobile Money.
2. Choose your mobile network provider (MTN Mobile Money, AirtelTigo, or Telecel).
3. Enter the deposit amount in ₵ and review the transaction details (your mobile number is prefilled).
4. Click Deposit to send the payment request to your mobile wallet.
5. Authorize the payment by entering your Mobile Money PIN.
6. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation message, and the funds will appear in your Betano account balance.

Please note: In rare cases, Mobile Money deposits may take longer than usual, due to temporary issues with local telecom networks. While these delays are outside our control, transactions are generally completed as soon as the network service is restored.
