Verification Process: Expired ID

If your current ID is expired, and requested by the relevant department, please follow these steps:

1. Renew Your ID
Contact the appropriate government office to renew or obtain a new valid photo ID.

2. Update Your Account
Once you have your new ID, log in to your Betano account and go to My Account → Profile → Verification Process → Other Document. Follow the instructions to securely upload a scanned or photographed copy of your updated ID.
