How to Take a Break

"Take a Break" is a responsible gambling tool, designed to help players manage their gaming behavior.

With this feature, members can choose to temporarily suspend access to their accounts. During the selected break period, the account will be inaccessible, and users will be unable to place bets or use any services.

Unlike self-exclusion, which is typically long-term, "Take a Break" is intended for shorter durations, such as 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days.

To enable it, go to the My Account → Profile → Player Protection.



This option offers a cooling-off period, giving players the opportunity to reflect on their gambling activity and seek support if necessary, reinforcing our commitment to responsible gaming.
