How to Change My Email Address

If you want to change your email address, please follow these guidelines, depending on the case:

If you have access to MY ACCOUNT, follow the steps below:
     • Go to Profile → Personal Details
     • Update the new e-mail address
     • You will receive a 5-digit code at your new email address
     • Enter the 5-digit code in the corresponding field to validate the change
