Ownership Requirement: The mobile number you register must be registered with your telecom operator under your own name and ID details.
Withdrawal & Verification Impact: Using a phone number registered to someone else will cause identity mismatches during our automatic checks, leading to verification delays.
How to Change Your Mobile Number
1. If You Are Currently Registering (Account Not Yet Activated)
If you notice during sign-up that the auto-filled name does not match yours, or if you entered the wrong number:
Click on "Do you want to change your mobile number?" at the bottom of the SMS verification screen.
Enter a mobile number that is registered under your own name before completing the registration.
2. If Your Account Is Already Active
If you need to update your registered phone number later on:
Enter your new mobile number and your current account password.
A 4-digit confirmation code will be sent via SMS to your old phone number.
Enter the code to confirm and save the update.
